The Pirtek Assistance App is designed to allow the Registered user to Log a BreakDown Assistance Call.
The User will be presented with his current location, and can then fill in details of the nature of the breakdown (or Service Call).
The App allows the user to take a photograph of the Situation/Broken or leaking part.
When the user logs the Call, the Call is allocated to a service centre and the user will be notified via eMail confirming who the Call has been assigned to with their contact details.
As the Call is updated (on the Back-End System), the user is notified.
When the Call has been resolved (Or at any stage) the user is able to Rate the call and provide feedback comments.
Calls are assigned a reference number when logged.
